At NURSE BABE, we want you to love your scrub-inspired fashion, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all unworn items with original tags. Please ensure products are free of makeup, deodorant, or clinical stains to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your return.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
